Ryogoku is a sumo town. There is the sumo stadium named "Ryogoku Kokugikan".
There is about 700 sumo wrestler in Japan.
In this stadium, sumo match is held 42 days per year.
Visitors can see the sumo museum in the stadium in week day.

Sumo wrestler eats much. Chanko-nabe is famous for their style.
It is a hot pot cooking with many series of food.
Around Ryogoku, there are some chanko-nabe restaurants and some of it is managed by former sumo wrestlers.
